Collections and disposals:

We can arrange a collection service for IT equipment that has no resale value, faulty, broken or has reached ‘end of life’. This is done at a date and time convenient to the customer and all items are carefully itemized for future reference and accounting.

Recycling:

Items that are collected will then be evaluated by our technicians, any parts that could be considered re-usable will be recycled back into an IT environment, all re-usable parts will be stringently tested and reconditioned if necessary.

After the first part of the recycling stage, the remaining IT equipment will be collected by one of our partner companies. They will then strip the metal, plastic and recyclable parts to be crushed, melted and re-used. Parts that cannot be recycled will be disposed of adhering to WEEE regulations. The process has been ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certified for quality, environment and occupational health and safety. These certifications provide assurances that your equipment is handled in a proper manner using best of breed recycling processes and solutions.  The process has been thoroughly audited and approved by any independent auditors as well as corporate clients, which include top hand phones, PC and networking equipment manufacturers. These processes aim at zero landfill for end of life materials. This is based on a closed loop re-cycling model ensuring the highest possible environmental outcomes.
